This is great! It’s an espresso machine overfilling the counter here in NZ, with its forest of scattered grounds underneath. Things things things. Wonder if the trade war will change our relationship to object slop. What was made in Paterson left these shores long ago, right? Is it more slop across the distance of global supply chain? My kids Temu toys that last days, even hours? Or do vaguely moralizing questions of economic / craft / quality miss the whole point here. Objects is objects. Hmm. Really enjoyed this, thanks!
